silquil is an multilayered and experimental artist from newcastle, uk; based currently in brighton. with a quest to create a soundspace that is inhabited by cybernetic beats and dreamy atmospheric melodies, fused with the acoustic properties of our natural soundscape, their intention is to create an immersive listening experience. they are experienced in the field of ludomusicology and digital visual work as well as free-lance performance and production: with an emphasis on game audio and culture. They are currently in their final year studying Digital Music and Sound Arts at the University of Brighton. They are fluent in logic pro and grew up with a natural understanding of rhythm through playing the drums, and applies it to create ambient productions with a focus on beats.
